Wishart Brain and Spine Law LLP is a personal injury firm based in downtown Vancouver, on Granville Street. Founding lawyer Robyn Wishart started the firm in 2014 after practicing personal injury litigation at Slater Vecchio and Dolden Wallace Folick, and has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal since 2001. The firm concentrates on catastrophic and complex injury claims, particularly traumatic brain injury, concussion, and spinal cord injury cases, along with the insurance disputes that come with them, and it also takes on motor vehicle, pedestrian, and slip and fall claims.

The firm has since added a family law practice, covering divorce, child custody and support, adoption, and protection from family violence, alongside its personal injury work. It also handles cross border matters for clients in both Canada and the United States. Wishart Brain and Spine Law describes its approach as holistic, treating a personal injury claim as one part of a client's broader recovery that can include financial and family concerns alongside the legal case itself. Founding lawyer Robyn Wishart is a founding member of the CORTEX Centre advisory board and belongs to the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Vancouver Bar Association.
