About Sue

Sue Gaudi is Of Counsel at Caravel Law, drawing on in-house and large-firm experience to advise both private and public sector clients. Her work includes negotiating commercial and technology agreements and counseling on regulatory compliance, governance, marketing, employment, privacy, and litigation matters. She has held senior public sector roles, including General Counsel at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority of Ontario and at The Globe and Mail, as well as supporting procurement and contracting work at Cancer Care Ontario. Sue also held the Corporate Secretary and Chief Privacy Officer positions at each of those organizations.
