About Harpreet
Harpreet Dosanjh is a Partner in the Insurance, Commercial Business, Construction, and Employment and Labour groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, with a focus on insurance defence, professional liability, and complaints and disciplinary matters. She has appeared at every court level in British Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of Yukon, and has resolved disciplinary proceedings before regulatory bodies including the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia and the College of Alberta Psychologists. She is also an accredited mediator and certified investigator qualified to conduct workplace investigations for employers, regulators and colleges, bringing a trauma-informed approach to that work. Harpreet holds executive roles with the Canadian Bar Association and volunteers with Access Pro Bono and the South Asian Legal Clinic.
