About Stuart

Stuart Wallace's civil litigation practice centers on municipal, health law, insolvency, and commercial disputes, and he guides clients through every stage of a matter, from risk assessment and negotiation to trial advocacy. Municipalities, large financial institutions, and insurers are among the clients he represents on a regular basis. Drawing on his accounting background, he approaches files from a business-minded angle, applying his understanding of how organizations function day to day. Wallace completed his JD at the University of New Brunswick in 2022, earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2019, and graduated with honours in a BComm (Co-operative) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2015.
