About Aaron

Aaron practises civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation and insurance matters, advising on commercial contract disputes, shareholder and governance disputes, interim remedies and asset tracing, and securities litigation. He acts for insured corporate and public sector entities and has experience in construction, real estate and contractor disputes and construction liens. Aaron also supports the firm's banking clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure and debt enforcement, and has appeared before courts in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
