About Steven
Steve Brandner maintains a general solicitor's practice at Nixon Wenger LLP, advising clients on commercial and corporate matters, wills and estates, and real estate, with a particular focus on business acquisitions and commercial real estate including land assemblies, leasing, and subdivision. Brandner acts for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease matters and helps clients plan estates and incapacity while working with tax advisors to reduce the impact of taxation. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria in 2000 and his Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia in 2005, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. He is a director of the Community Foundation of North Okanagan and a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
