About Allyson

Allyson Edwards is a senior litigation partner at Nixon Wenger LLP with a broad civil litigation practice covering health law, professional negligence, administrative law, employment matters, and injury and sexual assault claims. She appears frequently before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, and the BC Human Rights Tribunal, acting for institutional clients, professionals, and individuals, and takes a pragmatic approach aimed at resolving matters outside the courtroom where possible. Edwards holds law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy (with honours) and a B.A. cum laude from the University of Colorado (2001), and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Society for Injured Riders.
