About Stephen

Stephen Winter practises in commercial real property, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formation and reorganization. His clients include technology companies, banks, retailers, grocers, oil and gas companies, marketing firms, and hotels, and he currently acts as counsel for the Business Development Bank of Canada in Newfoundland and Labrador. His experience includes commercial real property purchases, sales, and financings, corporate reorganizations, and asset and share transactions across a range of industries. Winter earned his LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 2005 and a BComm with honours from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1999.
