About Stephanie
Stephanie Sung advises innovative startups and growth-stage companies throughout their business lifecycle, with a practice centred on corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters. Her work covers company formation, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and commercial agreements, along with protecting trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. She has also guided founders through seed-stage and preferred-share financings and related governance issues. Sung earned her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law in 2024, where she represented clients through Legal Aid clinics and worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed in 2021, and previously gained experience at the Ontario Court of Justice.
