James Brink is a partner at Oziel Law focusing on corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital fund formation, portfolio investment transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity financings, and corporate restructuring. He spent nearly two decades at a corporate and securities boutique before joining the firm, advising clients ranging from emerging companies to established enterprises on domestic and cross-border transactions, and for more than ten years he has additionally acted as GreenSky Ventures' external in-house counsel. His clients span hardware and software technology, professional services and consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing.
