About Massimo

Massimo Orsini is a partner at Oziel Law who advises technology and creative businesses on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. His work covers protecting and commercializing trademarks, copyright, patents, and trade secrets, drafting commercial agreements, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Massimo has particular experience in software, gaming, creative design, healthcare technology, and agricultural technology. He obtained his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Laws from McGill University, where he served as an executive editor of the McGill Journal of Law and Health. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 and the British Columbia Bar (non-practising) in 2022. Before joining Oziel Law, he practiced at an international firm advising on data security, trademarks, patents, and domain name disputes.
