About Brynn
Brynn is a partner at Rayman Harris LLP whose practice currently centres on expropriation law, guiding landowners through every stage of the expropriation process. She has represented multinational corporations, municipalities, small businesses and individuals, and has appeared before the Divisional Court, Superior Court, Small Claims Court and tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Landlord and Tenant Board. She favours mediation and alternative dispute resolution and has taken part in dozens of private and tribunal-led mediations. Before focusing on expropriation, she articled at a Toronto firm specializing in charities, not-for-profits and co-operatives. Brynn graduated in the top 8 percent of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School and was named a Dean's Fellow for Civil Procedure, and she took part in the Poverty Law Intensive Program at Parkdale Community Legal Services. She holds a Bilingual Honours B.A. in International Studies from Glendon College, York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
