About Meredith

Meredith Hayward is an associate at Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP whose practice centers on commercial litigation and administrative law. She appears before all levels of Ontario courts, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Her work spans corporate and commercial disputes, competition law, class actions, securities litigation, and shareholder and partnership conflicts, along with regulatory matters. She co-authored a paper on judicial review with the Honourable Mr. Justice Krever and has written numerous articles in her field. Meredith articled at the Ontario Court of Appeal and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. She holds a BA from Queen's University and an LLB from the University of Windsor, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Women's Law Association.
