About Stephanie
Stephanie Benedict is a member of LaBarge Weinstein's Corporate, Commercial & Securities team in Vancouver. She first joined the firm through its Student Program in 2017, completing her summer and articling terms there, then clerked with the Court of Appeal for British Columbia before rejoining the firm in 2020. She earned her BA at the University of British Columbia and her JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2018, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. Her practice covers corporate and financing matters, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and public company representation.
