About Stan
Stan Fedun is an associate whose work touches on domestic and international income tax law. He is involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, public debt offerings, equity offerings, fund formation, investment structuring, and corporate reorganizations. Before joining private practice, he clerked for judges of the Tax Court of Canada from 2021 to 2022. He has finished the first two years of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program, with the third year now underway. Stan holds membership in the Canadian Tax Foundation, as well as the International Fiscal Association.
