About Spyros

Spyros Bekiaris is the Managing Lawyer at RAR Litigation, working out of the firm's Richmond Hill and Oakville offices. He has more than a decade of experience in civil and construction litigation and plays a key role in both the firm's Commercial and Construction groups. Since joining RAR in 2018, he has represented developers in multi-million-dollar claims tied to multi-residential projects, defended developers against claims brought by contractors and other developers, and acted for a financial company pursuing debt enforcement related to residential development financing. He has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court, and has negotiated favourable settlements through mediation and arbitration. He practises in English and Greek.
