About Jeff
Jeff Behrendt is a senior associate lawyer working in association with the firm from Ottawa, and he has practiced family law in Ontario since 2000. He regularly handles parenting disputes, support, property division, and domestic contracts, including drafting and negotiating cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. Jeff has appeared at every level of the Superior Court of Justice, from motions through trials and appeals. He's written several books on family law topics, contributed to legal publications, given media interviews, and taught family law to paralegal students at Herzing College. Jeff holds degrees from the University of Waterloo, the University of Toronto, and King's College London.
