About Colin

Colin Pye was called to the Ontario bar in 2006 and has spent more than a decade working as both general counsel and in private practice. At Pace Law Firm he handles complex commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, high-volume debt collection, and employment matters. His in-house background spans the satellite telecommunications, home services, and consumer lending industries, where he directed corporate strategy and led legal responses to class actions and other high-stakes litigation. Colin holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of King's College in Halifax. He works with clients across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as needed.
