Spencer Campbell, K.C., is a partner at Stewart McKelvey's Charlottetown office, working with government, utility, and owner-managed business clients. His experience includes representing a provincial government before the Supreme Court of Canada on a constitutional law case, negotiating an energy accord for an electric company, and acting for the builders of a large bridge on construction matters. He has also resolved long-standing discrimination claims for a client and defended an insurance company before the Federal Court of Appeal. Spencer holds a BA from Dalhousie University and an LLB from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 1992. He served as Stewart McKelvey's Regional Managing Partner for Prince Edward Island from 2011 to 2017 and was named King's Counsel in 2012.
