About Sonia
Sonia Leith is a partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers. Her caseload centers on car accident claims, accident benefit disputes, long-term disability matters, and cases involving occupier's liability. She has extensive experience representing clients both in court and before administrative tribunals, and Best Lawyers named her one of Canada's best in 2024. Sonia has co-chaired the Women's Law Summit and lectured at Western University on topics in civil litigation and insurance law. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2008 and was called to the bar in 2009, and she belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
