About Sonali

Sonali Garg joined the firm as an associate in 2025 after articling with Manitoba Prosecutions Service, and her practice covers family law, wills and estates, and matters under the Highway Traffic Act. Her family law work includes divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division, and she also prepares cohabitation, prenuptial, and separation agreements and represents clients in protection order proceedings. While articling with Manitoba Prosecutions Service, she represented the province in bail hearings, sentencing submissions, and Highway Traffic Act matters. Garg completed her law degree internationally and obtained her Certificate of Qualification through the National Committee on Accreditation, and she also holds a Manitoba Real Estate Association certificate. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2024 and provides legal services in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
