About R.

Grenville Waugh concentrates his practice on family law and wills and estates, with an emphasis on litigation, drawing on a broader background in criminal litigation, civil litigation, and real estate. He works to negotiate fair resolutions between separating parties but is prepared to take matters to trial when a negotiated settlement isn't possible. Waugh earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 1986 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1991, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1992. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Manitoba Bar Association, has presented on real estate practice at a Manitoba Bar Association seminar, volunteers with the Legal Help Centre, and has coached his children's hockey, soccer, softball, and baseball teams through his local community club.
