About Bill

Bill Percy is an associate at TDS with a general practice emphasizing sexual abuse cases, Aboriginal law, collaborative family law, wills and estates, real estate, business law, and civil litigation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (1964) and a Bachelor of Laws (1969), both from the University of Manitoba, and completed a Certificate in Mediation in 1997. He was called to the Manitoba bar in 1970. Bill has been consistently recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for Aboriginal law since 2009 and was named Best Lawyers' Winnipeg Lawyer of the Year for Aboriginal Law in 2015. He is a former chairperson of Collaborative Family Law Manitoba and of the Board of Governors of the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. His services are provided through W.G. Percy Law Corporation.
