About Kerry

Kerry, originally from Saskatoon, maintains primarily a litigation practice focused on family law matters such as divorce, custody, property division, and support, along with civil litigation and criminal defence under the Criminal Code and provincial statutes. He also assists clients with real estate transactions and wills and estates, including estate litigation. In 2008, Kerry was appointed a Special Prosecutor by Manitoba's Attorney-General, and in 2019 he was appointed Independent Counsel to represent victims and complainants in certain prosecutions, roles he continues to hold. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1996 and to the Ontario Bar in 2018, and has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
