About Matt

Matt Anderson is the senior partner at Atticus Legal. He joined the firm, then known as Evans Rose, in March 2012, and found his focus in helping clients through family law and child protection matters. He favours a collaborative, out-of-court approach that conserves his clients' financial and emotional resources where possible, but takes a firm line in negotiation and litigation when needed and has had considerable success at trial. His caseload includes matters under the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Child, Family and Community Service Act, and the Criminal Code.
