About Stephanie

Stephanie L. Hamilton is a managing partner at Guild Yule whose practice is founded in health and insurance law, including professional negligence and regulatory and disciplinary matters, acting for insurance companies, professionals, municipalities, and self-insured clients. In her health law practice she advises health authorities and their employees on medical legal matters and represents midwives in regulatory and litigation matters. She was called to the Ontario Bar and the British Columbia Bar in 2008, and serves as a director of the Medical Legal Society of British Columbia. Hamilton is recognized by Best Lawyers in Health Care Law and Personal Injury Litigation, and by Benchmark as a Litigation Star.
