About Sidney

Sidney Lebowitz's primary practice is personal injury and insurance litigation, where he has represented clients seeking compensation for injuries suffered in a wide variety of circumstances. He has also built a secondary practice representing individuals who were wrongfully dismissed by their employers and pursuing dental malpractice claims. Sidney has negotiated settlements for thousands of clients over the years and makes a point of remaining personally available to address their questions. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1990, then completed his law degree in 1993 at Osgoode Hall Law School, part of York University, before being called to the Ontario bar in 1995. He is a founding partner of Srebrolow Lebowitz Spadafora.
