Quinto M. Annibale practises municipal and land use planning law, with more than 37 years at Loopstra Nixon and hundreds of appearances before the Ontario Land Tribunal. He holds an LL.B. from Queen's University and authored "Municipal Lands: Acquisition, Management and Disposition."
