About Shira

Shira Zucker earned her JD from the University of Washington and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Washington State Bar Association, and the Tulalip Tribal Bar. She has extensive experience advising technology companies, including drafting SaaS agreements and end-user licence agreements, privacy and data security compliance, website terms and conditions, and commercial contracts such as marketing, sales, and vendor agreements. Before moving to Coal Harbour Law she practised in the United States, negotiating contracts for a large publicly traded cloud-based software company with global operations.
