About Samantha
Samantha Seabrook founded Seabrook Workplace Law after starting her career at Heenan Blaikie and later chairing the Workers' Compensation practice group at Hicks Morley. She practises employment and labour law, including workers' compensation, disability, occupational health and safety, and human rights matters. She also works as a workplace investigator on complaints involving harassment, violence, sexual assault, discrimination, and hostile work environments. She appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Association of Workplace Investigators, and sits on the boards of Alternatives - East York Mental Health Counselling Services and the Amazonia Yurahu Alliance.
