About Dusty

Dusty Ernewein is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office in its Indigenous Law Practice group, focusing on First Nation litigation, Treaty rights protection, and First Nation governance. He has appeared before courts up to the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining McKercher, he worked as a summer case worker at CLASSIC Inc., led the Aboriginal Law Students' Association, and worked in Aboriginal governance consulting and at the Métis Nation - Saskatchewan. Dusty earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Aboriginal Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 and a Juris Doctor from the College of Law in 2016.
