About Paul
Paul J. Harasen is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, practising primarily in commercial litigation, employment and labour law, builders' liens and construction law, insurance, creditor rights, and insolvency litigation. He has appeared as counsel in hearings, trials, and appeals before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Federal Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and represents employers in labour matters under The Saskatchewan Employment Act before arbitration tribunals and the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. Harasen is a former co-chair of the Civil Litigation South Section of the Canadian Bar Association and has delivered legal education seminars on construction law and The Builders' Lien Act. He holds a B.A. from the University of Regina (1989) and an LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan (1992), and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1993.
