About Kelsey

Kelsey Barnes is an associate at McKercher LLP's Regina office practising insurance law, estate planning and administration, and corporate and commercial litigation. She joined the firm in 2021 after four years at another Regina firm and was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada 2026 for corporate and commercial litigation. She holds memberships in the Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association and volunteers with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with great distinction from the University of Regina and a Juris Doctor with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2017. She is currently on leave.
