Sheila Caston is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in civil litigation, with particular experience in insurance law, health law, and medical malpractice defence. She has handled claims involving personal injury, property damage, coverage disputes, and professional licensing matters, and has prepared applications for the Supreme and Federal Courts of Canada.
