About Andrea

Andrea Charlie is a litigation lawyer whose practice is focused on insurance defence and trust law, including acting for and against trustees in disputes involving powers of attorney, guardianship, and estates. She has two decades of experience conducting civil litigation for municipal corporations and their agencies, boards, commissions, and insurers, and has extensive estate litigation experience involving disputed beneficiary entitlements, dependent's relief claims, and challenges to the validity or interpretation of wills. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 before being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2014, and chairs the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan's Wills, Estates and Elder Law Section.
