About Leo

Leo Palay is a partner at TDS who works with professionals, established private businesses, and startups to support tax efficient growth while protecting founders' interests. He advises clients on the sale of their businesses, balancing tax and business considerations, and has delivered presentations on corporate and tax planning for small business owners. He also lectures at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law on corporate taxation. Leo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg (2014) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba (2017), and completed an intensive tax law course through the Canadian Bar Association. He was called to the Manitoba bar in 2018. His services are provided through Leo Palay Law Corporation.
