About Jessy

Jessy practised law in Hong Kong before starting her legal career in Canada, and her primary focus now is estate and trust planning for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and professionals. She prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and handles corporate reorganizations and property transfers, including for clients returning from Hong Kong or newly immigrated to Canada. Jessy is also active in commercial real estate, drafting and negotiating agreements of purchase and sale and financing documents, and in corporate and commercial work such as incorporations and shareholder agreements. She holds an LL.B, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws, and a B.B.A. in Law from the University of Hong Kong, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 after being admitted in Hong Kong in 2014. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
