About Pamela
Pamela's practice covers estates and trusts, personal tax planning, and charities and not-for-profit law. Her estate planning and administration work includes drafting wills and powers of attorney, setting up inter vivos and testamentary trusts, and advising on charitable gift and business succession planning, along with guiding executors and beneficiaries through estate administration. She also counsels charities and not-for-profits on governance, compliance, and social enterprise questions. Before joining Wilson Vukelich, Pamela worked in the tax and estate planning group of a Bay Street firm. She holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.B.A. from Schulich School of Business, was called to the Ontario bar in 2014, and practices in English and Cantonese.
