About Shannon
Shannon McGuire is an Associate Attorney in the firm's Philadelphia office with experience spanning corporate law, federal litigation, and multinational corporate and family based immigration matters. She began her career at an AmLaw 200 firm handling complex corporate litigation before moving into immigration law at a boutique firm in New Jersey. Shannon prepares employment based visas such as H-1B, L-1 and O-1, and advises corporate and individual clients on permanent visa options. Before practicing law she taught English in Peru and Spain and volunteered with families affected by the Syrian refugee crisis in Lesvos, Greece. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019 and a B.A. in Economics from Florida State University in 2013, both magna cum laude, and is fluent in Spanish.
