About Shae-Lynne
Shae-Lynne Shaheen is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. Shae-Lynne's practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Shae-Lynne completed a J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the University of Saskatchewan. Before her undergraduate studies, Shae-Lynne worked as a summer student in the audit group of a large accounting firm. Shae-Lynne joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articling term with the firm in 2024.
