About Julia
Julia is a partner at the firm who is fluent in Russian and focuses on condominium law, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration. She often chairs annual general meetings and advises boards on corporate governance, compliance, and the collection of unpaid common expenses. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 2013, where she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies. Julia belongs to the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the Canadian Condominium Institute's Toronto chapter, where she sits on the Communication Committee and reviews articles for CondoVoice Magazine. She regularly writes and speaks on condominium law topics in Ontario.
