About Sean

Sean Glover is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, advising businesses in the real estate and financial services sectors, including an active hotel and hospitality practice. He earned his LLB from Dalhousie Law School in 2009 and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2010. He counsels major Canadian financial institutions and private lenders on commercial lending matters, including credit agreements and security enforcement, and regularly advises purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on commercial real estate transactions. He served as Halifax Finance Partner in 2021 and sits on the steering committee of the Canadian Tax Foundation's Young Practitioners group in Nova Scotia.
