About Sean

Sean Corcoran is a partner in McInnes Cooper's Charlottetown office, focusing on banking and financial services, commercial financing, and corporate and commercial real estate. He advises financial institutions and corporate clients on commercial lending, credit facilities, and enforcement matters, and provides legal advice to business owners and corporations on incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and real property matters. Sean brings a background in economics to a practical, business-oriented approach to his work. He is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, its Real Property Committee, and the Canadian Bar Association, and sits on the board of Music PEI. Sean earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2017 and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2009, and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2018.
