About Scott

Scott is a partner in the Charlottetown office with a litigation practice spanning civil and criminal matters. He represents professional associations in medical malpractice defence and before administrative tribunals, handles multi-party tort and contract disputes including personal injury and insurance claims, and helps creditors enforce judgments through the courts. He also prosecutes regulatory offences and defends individuals facing Criminal Code charges. Scott received his LLB from Dalhousie University in 2008 and a BA from St. Thomas University in 2005. He is active with the Canadian Bar Association's PEI branch.
