About Iain

Iain M. McCarvill is a partner with Key Murray Law in Summerside, practicing municipal law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, and property law. He has represented parties in Planning Act appeals, assisted municipalities with bylaw reviews and enforcement, and advised employers and employees on wrongful dismissal and other employment matters. Iain earned a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2009, a J.D. with distinction from the University of New Brunswick in 2018, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2019, and was called to the bar of Prince Edward Island in 2020. He is a past president of Music Prince Edward Island and currently serves as president of the Kensington and Area Chamber of Commerce.
