About Sarah

Sarah Gryba has broad experience in both child protection and criminal matters, including property crimes, homicides, domestic violence, sexual offences, drug trafficking, weapons charges, youth offences, and impaired driving, and has appeared at Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, and the Court of Appeal. She has represented victims in sexual assault trials in applications where they are entitled to counsel, and in child protection matters represents both parents and First Nations with delegated agreements with the provincial government. She has worked with First Nations developing their own child protection systems under Bill C-92 and consults on Indigenous board governance. She volunteers with Pro Bono Saskatchewan and serves on the Board of Governors of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
