About Frances

Frances Stoneham received the Orest and Marie Bendas Prize in Jurisprudence and the F.C. Cronkite Prize during law school and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She articled with Legal Aid in The Pas, Manitoba, was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2022, and began her career as a defence lawyer with Legal Aid's Northern Area office in La Ronge before joining Gryba Gratton Law in 2025. She practices exclusively in criminal defence, handling violent offences, drug trafficking, impaired driving, sexual offences, weapons charges, and property offences, using a flat-fee retainer arrangement.
