About Walker
Walker Paterson practices civil litigation with a primary focus on labour and employment law, estate litigation, and corporate commercial disputes, advising employers, employees, unions, estate executors and beneficiaries, and corporate directors and shareholders. He has appeared at all levels of Saskatchewan courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada and the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. As a law student he was a research assistant to Professor Dwight Newman, Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Rights, and he later taught as a sessional lecturer in Advanced Legal Research and Writing at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law.
