About Shaan

Shaan Kapila is an associate at McDougall Gauley's Regina office who supports corporate commercial clients on corporate structure and governance, financing, and transaction matters, including business acquisitions and real estate transactions. A Regina native, he coaches grassroots soccer and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and the Regina Bar Association. Shaan earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016 and a Juris Doctor with distinction in 2025, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2026.
