About Nikita

Nikita Rathwell is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office specializing in Aboriginal law. She represents First Nations clients in Federal Court matters, including election appeals, judicial review of Band Council decisions, and rights-based claims, and advises on governance and corporate matters. Before joining McKercher in 2019, she worked as Crown counsel at Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General from 2015 to 2019.
